Cause of 304 steel rust phenomenon

Chloride ions are found in many places, such as salt, sweat, sea water, sea wind, soil, and so on. Carbon steel pipe preparation method

The raw material of carbon steel tube is round tube billet, round tube embryo to be cut by cutting machine processing billet with growth of about 1 meter, and sent to the furnace by conveyor belt heating. The billet is fed into a furnace and heated to about 1200 degrees Celsius. The fuel is hydrogen or acetylene. The temperature control in the furnace is the key problem.
